[opensuse] windows that won't wobble with desktop effects enabled
Using desktop effects I've noticed several apps that won't wobble when moved (xterm, netbeans installer and netbeans), is there any particular reason for this? What criteria prevents windows from wobbling? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Everything should wobble if anything does. I don't have netbeans here, but xterm wobbles like jelly on my screen Anders -- Madness takes its toll -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

gnome apps, firefox all wobble as expected when moved. xterm, xcalc, xman, java swing based apps do not wobble at all when moved. I have the nvidia drivers, desktop effects, OpenSUSE 10.3 and all updates as of today. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

I have never seen a wobbling window, and never hope to see one However, in almost the poet's words, "I'd rather not ever ever see one."

Congrats on the birthday, I would have enjoyed your birthday more if you could have given me some incite to the problem I was experiencing with desktop effects. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
