Hi, we suffer from a Printing -Problem over a week now and are seeking for answers. Environment: The Linux-System is set up with Samba 2.06 (192.168.3.20) The Printer is a Kyocera FS-1750-E24 which has an internal network interface (192.168.3.64) The Workstations are W98-SE (192.168.3.1 and 3.2) access to the shares works well. Problem: If only ONE job is sent from any of the W98s, everything seems to be fine. As soon as two print jobs are on their way, the que gets messed up and printing stops after the first job. LPQ show some "0 Bytes" Jobs, the remote-Printer seems to wait for the Linux-System to provide it with further data. We have already updated to the latest LPROLD-package, we have redefined the que to use APSfilter, but nothing seems to help. There are some weird Log-Messages:
/var/lib/apsfilter/bin/ljet4-a4-auto-mono-600: cfA000tpiman: Permission
denied
