saving emails in kmail
Apart from creating another folder in kmail and moving old messages to that folder, how is it done. If I create a folder in my home directory and choose in kmail > file > save as. All is ok until you get another with the same subject line which, with my personal emails from family can be often. Or is the first option above the proper way to do it. Peter C

This is one of those questions that is best answered with another question. What, precisely are you trying to do?

I don't see the problem. You create a mail folder, and move to it one or a thousand emails, once or a thousand times, with the same or diferent subject line, or from, or to, or whatever headers. Why not? I don't see the problem. - -- Cheers, Carlos Robinson -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.0 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Made with pgp4pine 1.76 iD8DBQFD+NF9tTMYHG2NR9URAnU4AJwOP4ARqDr1C/AAnR1Xg1anHjrMkgCfSTbi I6X39mc5BlamjxN/c0HrxPU= =0pVf -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----

-- Cheers, Carlos Robinson I didn't realise that kmail created a scroll bar when the number of mail boxes filled the folder column.
