Hi all! When I try ssh from an external linux box to my server box, I get the message "ssh timed out". Using ssh to connect from any machine in the LAN to the server box works fine. I am using a wireless link? Is it because of the slow speed of the internet connection that ssh times out? What should I do? ---- Greg
Firewall blocking that port? ipchains -L Reverse DNS wroking? Regards, Jon On Wed, 12 Sep 2001, Gregory M. Begumisa wrote:
