Ever since I installled the latest kdebase-2.2.0-5 and kdelibs-2.2.0-7 files from the suse ftp site, some of the characters on my console become garbled after leaving kde. In detail: my computer (nvidia tnt, x configured to use the "nvidia" driver) boots up into console mode and the console characters are all fine until I enter and leave kde via "startx". The strange thing is, once I enter and leave kde the console characters are messed up for every user on all virtual console's, even for root. The characters that are garbled are all on the left most column of the screen. Any ideas? ( I doubt it ) Thanks.
