As I asked earlier before, how come that linux (opensuse?) software guys reconsider stuff so often or bring their software in such faulty or misaligned states that users get such messages and worse?

You apparently were not available to test and advise failure or were not interested. If the testing does not reveal problems, the software is considered good.
