Finally succeed in installing 7.2, but without the default Helveta font. Where can I find this font that is default in KDE?
If you have anti-aliasing enabled (which is the default with 7.2, if I understand correctly), you will not be able to access non-TrueType fonts such as Helvetica. Found this: /usr/X11R6/bin/fetchmsttfonts Looks a lot like the thing! Well, even though; I can't make the fonts behave like I want to. But it's got to wait; vacation is coming up!
hi ! how much does the 7.1 Kernel (2.2.18 SMP) support for Ram for default ? Any idea ? If I use 512 MB on one Dimm it run's fine... but if I use > = 1 GB it gave me a Kernel Panic ? any idea ? thanks bye --ed

Sorry, but I had to post this... I went to SuSE Portal - topic on the Font Anti Aliasing in 7.1/7.2. I finally got it working.... This thing is D_A_M_N AWESOME. Happy Ziga
