I know it is a strange question, but I wonder how this can be done.

If I see a home page with Netscape, I can forward this page to somebody as e-mail. The receiver will have the pictures, background, .. everything included.

I want to know how I can prepare such a file, so that I can use:

cat file |mail -s subject receiver@mail.com

so that the receiver get the mail like I would do with Netscape.
