Hi,

 

How long does it usually take for a first reply on Bugzilla entries? Be it a status change or anything that shows me, that my work reached some people?

 

I mean: Back in August I created three tickets (202492, 202622 & 202692) and none of them seems to have a single entry. All of them are considered new without any comments.

 

I'm wondering if it's of any use to post comments on Bugzilla or if this sort of entries is not requested at all.

 

Any light on this?
