I use Insightbb for internet.  I must say they have been horrible.  I pay six dollors a month for a static IP address (or sticky IP address as they call it) and it still changes.  I know several other people and business' who use Insightbb and pay for the "sticky" IP and have the same problem.  I don't see how an ISP can screw that up so often.
