J'ai mis des annotations en rouge dans le texte initial. Ce ne sont que des propositions. Je ne prétends pas avoir la meilleure solution.
Le nouveau design est sympa, il ne restera plus qu'à refaire le logo car il est un peu vieillot je trouve... non ?

I would like to see somewhere:
Local langage wikis are mostly composed of english pages
translations. If you want to add your page an if you can
make it in english on the english wiki, this is the prefered
method. As so, your page may be translated further in all
the localized wikis.
However if you can only write in your langage, feel free to
do so, hopefully somebody else will tranlate it for you and
anyway, this can help you langages fellows
in french:
Les wikis en langage local sont surtout composés de
traductions des pages du wiki en anglais. Si vous voulez
ajouter votre page et que vous pouvez le faire en anglais,
préférez cette méthode. Ainsi, votre page pourra
éventuellement être traduite dans tous les wikis localisés.
Cependant, si vous ne pouvez écrire que dans votre langue,
faites-le, il se peut que quelqu'un d'autre le traduise en
anglais et de toute façon, cela aidera ceux qui parlent la
même langue que vous.
