-> Installing both new and classic TLS OpenGL libraries. -> Installing 'NVIDIA Accelerated Graphics Driver for Linux-x86' (1.0-7174): executing: './usr/src/nv/makedevices.sh'... executing: '/sbin/ldconfig'... executing: '/sbin/depmod -aq'... -> done. -> Driver file installation is complete. -> Running post-install sanity check: -> done. -> Post-install sanity check passed. -> Shared memory test passed. -> Running runtime sanity check: -> done. -> Runtime sanity check passed. -> Installation of the NVIDIA Accelerated Graphics Driver for Linux-x86 (version: 1.0-7174) is now complete. On SuSE Linux/United Linux please use SaX2 now to enable the NVIDIA driver. Revisando registros (/var/log/messages), sólo veo ésto: May 5 00:17:03 linux kernel: NVRM: loading NVIDIA Linux x86 NVIDIA Kernel Module 1.0-7174 Tue Mar 22 06:44:39 PST 2005 May 5 00:17:14 linux kdm: :0[5036]: IO Error in XOpenDisplay May 5 00:17:14 linux kdm[4983]: X server for display :0 terminated unexpectedly May 5 00:17:14 linux kdm[4983]: Display :0 cannot be opened May 5 00:17:14 linux kdm[4983]: Unable to fire up local display :0; disabling. - -- Saludos Carlos Robinson -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.0 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Made with pgp4pine 1.76 iD8DBQFEWx1btTMYHG2NR9URAhL9AJ995RN19c52gDYsOXXxASJLdeZd+gCeN2Rt XiXDMPRlgTf7vSocOY1THMg= =x1wr -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----

Si no está cargando el módulo, comprueba esto: (http://www.suse.de/~sndirsch/nvidia-installer-HOWTO.html) Since SUSE LINUX 10.0 you need to add the following entries to /etc/udev/static_devices.txt: nvidia0 c 195 0 666 nvidia1 c 195 1 666 nvidia2 c 195 2 666 nvidia3 c 195 3 666 nvidia4 c 195 4 666 nvidia5 c 195 5 666 nvidia6 c 195 6 666 nvidia7 c 195 7 666 nvidiactl c 195 255 666 Additionally you need to make sure that /etc/modprobe.d/nvidia does not exist and remove it if it does. Otherwise the nvidia kernel module cannot be loaded. We needed to add this file to x11-tools package since SUSE LINUX 10.0. It is required for later nvidia drivers, but cannot be handled by 1.0-7174.

Romper, no vas a romper nada.
Alfredo
