Wann aktualisiert NIS die Passwörter auf Clients?
Hallo! Ich habe einen NIS Server und einen Client aufgesetzt. So weit läuft alles prima... Wenn ich aber das Passwort eines Nutzers mit yppasswd vom Client aus oder mit passwd vom Server aus ändere, lässt der Client den Nutzer immer noch nur mit dem alten Passwort rein... Beispiel: User "otto" ist ordentlich auf nisserver eingetragen // --- 8< --------------- nisclient login: otto password: oldpwd otto@nisclient: # yppasswd Changing NIS account information for otto on zion.rosbach.lan. Please enter old password: oldpwd Changing NIS password for otto on zion.rosbach.lan. Please enter new password: newpwd Please retype new password: newpwd The NIS password has been changed on zion.rosbach.lan. otto@nisclient: # exit nisclient login: otto password: newpwd login failed // ------ >8 ------------------ Ich suche also eigentlich nach einem Weg, die Nutzerdaten den Clients quasi in Echtzeit zu verklickern...
