USB für VMware 3.x freischalten
Hallo Liste, mein System SuSE 9.2 und VMware 3.x für W98 und W-XP. Wenn ich im Konf.-Editor den USB-DVD-Brenner am 2.0 Port einbinden will, kommt die Fehlermeldung, das die Resourcen vom HOST System belegt sei. Das ist wohl auch richtig, denn Host bindet schon den Brenner als 2.0 USB unter /media/usbxxxx ein und ich kann auf das Laufwerk /dev/sr0 (0.0.0) als cdrom zugreifen. Hat jemand eine Idee, wie ich den Brenner beim Host abmelden kann und ihn nur unter VMware als USB-Brenner einbinden kann?? Am besten das Modul entladen, welches unter Linux den Brenner belegt.. Außerdem solltest du wissen, dass der User, der Vmware benutzt, Schreibrechte auf das Device haben muss. Gruß Sören
