Probleme mit der Einrichtung einer Netzwerkkarte
Hallo! Durch einen Netzausfall ist mir mein Linux-Server mit SuSE 8.2 abgestürzt. Nach dem Wiedereinschalten konnte eine Netzwerkdevice nicht mehr gestartet werden, obwohl sämtliche Netzwerkkarten vorher einwandfrei liefen. Nach Angabe von DEBUG="yes" in /etc/sysconfig/network/config bekam ich folgende Fehlermeldung: Setting up network interfaces: eth2 ifup [DEBUG] eth2 -o rc ifup [DEBUG] CONFIG = eth2 INTERFACE = nointerface ifup [DEBUG] Could not get a valid interface name: -> skipped rcnetwork [DEBUG] (returned 7) failed Als Erstes habe ich mit YaST die Schnittstellen neu konfiguriert. Das hat aber nicht geholfen. Mit lspci werden folgende Karten angezeigt? 00:05.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+ (rev 10) 00:0b.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL-8029(AS) 00:12.0 Ethernet controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. VT6102 [Rhine-II] (rev 74) Probleme macht die zweite, die bei mir eth2 zugeordnet ist. Der Witz ist aber, dass, wenn ich sie weglasse, eine andere Karte, nämlich die dritte (eth1), nicht mehr mitspielen will. Versuche ich, eth2 von Hand zu konfigurieren, erhalte ich folgende Meldung: ifconfig eth2 192.168.0.3 up SIOCSIFADDR: Kein passendes Gerät gefunden eth2: unbekannte Schnittstelle: Kein passendes Gerät gefunden eth2: unbekannte Schnittstelle: Kein passendes Gerät gefunden Bei den anderen Schnittstellen gibt es keine Fehlermeldung. Dabei ist mir aufgefallen, dass dies in Yast ganz anders konfiguriert ist, nämlich so: Bereits konfigurierte Geräte: * Realtek RT8139 Als eth0 mit der Adresse 192.168.2.1 konfiguriert * Micro-Star International VT6102 [Rhine-II] Als eth1 mit der Adresse 192.168.1.5 konfiguriert * Realtek RTL-8029(AS) Als eth2 mit der Adresse 192.168.0.3 konfiguriert Mir scheint, für eth0 nimmt Yast die Micro-Star, für eth1 die Realtek RTL-8029(AS) und für eth2 findet er dann keine Karte mehr? Der DSL-Zugang, der über eth0 geht, funktioniert nämlich auch nicht. Mit ifconfig allerdings sieht es so aus, wie in Yast konfiguriert, bis auf das Fehlen von eth2, wenn man ifconfig gleich nach dem Booten aufruft. Mir scheint, dass Yast gehörigen Bullshit verzapft. Aber es hat ein halbes Jahr lang richtig funktioniert. Wie kriege ich das wieder in Ordnung? Gruß Wolfgang
