Ich möchte gerne ein Snapshot erstellen: Leider funktioniert es nicht ganz...bekomme jedenfalls nicht die Meldungen angezeigt wie im Howto: http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/LVM-HOWTO/snapshots_backup.html meine vg heißt testlvm es sind noch 30GB frei lvcreate -L3G -s -n xenimage_backup /dev/testlvm/xenimage Logical volume "xenimage_backup" created Hier sollte doch jetzt so was kommen: Code: vcreate -- WARNING: the snapshot must be disabled if it gets full lvcreate -- INFO: using default snapshot chunk size of 64 KB for "/dev/ops/dbbackup" lvcreate -- doing automatic backup of "ops" lvcreate -- logical volume "/dev/ops/dbbackup" successfully created mkdir /mnt/xenimage mkdir /mnt/xenimage/backup mount /dev/testlvm/xenimage_backup /mnt/xenimage/backup/ hier sollte doch kommen: Code: mount: block device /dev/ops/dbbackup is write-protected, mounting read-only tar -cf /test.tar /mnt/xenimage/backup/ tar: Removing leading `/' from member names Code: ls -al /*.tar -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 10240 Jul 30 17:18 /test.tar lvremove /dev/testlvm/xenimage_backup Do you really want to remove active logical volume "xenimage_backup"? [y/n]: y Logical volume "xenimage_backup" successfully removed hier sollte doch so was kommen: Code: lvremove -- do you really want to remove "/dev/ops/dbbackup"? [y/n]: y lvremove -- doing automatic backup of volume group "ops" lvremove -- logical volume "/dev/ops/dbbackup" successfully removed Was mache ich falsch? -- Roland May -- Um die Liste abzubestellen, schicken Sie eine Mail an: suse-linux-unsubscribe@suse.com Um eine Liste aller verfuegbaren Kommandos zu bekommen, schicken Sie eine Mail an: suse-linux-help@suse.com
