[opensuse-translation] kiwi.pot in statistics page
Hi, Looking throught the statistics page I found the file kiwi.pot as part of the lcn directory (seems that the file was created 1 day ago) What should we do? Translate it ou ignore it? Another thing that I found. Some languages has differents numbers of strings in some files compared to the templates. For example: pt_BR update-desktop-files-kde 1910 / 1915 (template) es country 179 / 174 (template) printer 441 /412 (template) yast-apparmor 414 / 509 (template) and so on. Any hints on that? By the way, kiwi.pot contains a little bug: entry "%1 files from %2 restored..." should have a plural variant, cause some languages have more than one plural form and it is impossible to translate the word "files" correctly, since the right translation depends on the value of %1 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-translation+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-translation+help@opensuse.org

kiwi translations are not required for 11.2 and will probably not shipped with 11.2. We we hope we can add them with an update after the 11.2 release.

Strange. I must take a closer look. -- Karl Eichwalder R&D / Documentation SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nuernberg) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-translation+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-translation+help@opensuse.org

Easy enough. My hypothesis is that the translator is working on it while you merge some new strings on the server. When the translator finally uploads his file, your new strings are lost. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
