The translations of software.opensuse.org are managed in the lcn repository you find in [1]. I have just checked the Italian PO file and all links in it are OK (the only one that still points to the English page is the one relative to the License since there is no Italian counterpart -- or at least I have not found it).

Because of that exists the github "account" of openSUSE, with all projects (wiki included) of the Community. The .po files translation depends instead on the svn repo specifically created for. 2012/3/30 Alexander Melentyev :

Or, maybe, you know some other way around for us to push translations in? Hi, I don't think the translations were ever updated automatically, because the workflow contains merging in the new po file, pushing to git and deploying the server. I try to update the translations regulary.
