Perhaps you can do something about the online link for the release notes, it is outdated (october). You can not read the updated release notes online before installation. Thanks! For now, it was too late ;-) ATM, there are no update request pending. BTW, I see that people still working in trunk (AKA: openSUSE 13.1). There is nothing bad with this. But if you want to see it on 13.1, you please must open a translation bug and proposing an update.
