Let's look at the "overview" panel, as it is entirely in English.

I search for the string "Browse packages using the groups list on the left" in on my file which has from 10.1 to 13.1 and factory. The string only appears in factory, as deactivated strings, in the po file, not in the pot;

I've just updated to the latest pot files generated from Git and guess what ... there is no change to gtk.pot

No idea what is wrong.

Hi, Manuel It is great you want to join the openSUSE localization effort. Hope I'm not too late with my advice (we had a two days vacation here in Russia, so I was away from my computer). Languages in translation statistics are controlled by plain text file, which is located under trunk/lcn: /trunk/lcn/50-etc/i18n_langs.txt Anybody with commit rights can put a desired language there, it is simply a sorted list of : lines.
