Two Issues in OpenSUSE-15.3 Installation
Hi, When installing OpenSUSE-15.3 from a USB disk on an MBR disk, the bootloader step of the installer fails. This results in an unbootable disk and it is necessary to do grub-install with the option --target=i386-pc later. Unlike OpenSUSE-15.3, this worked well in OpenSUSE-15.2. Also, even if online repositories are disabled, in final steps of the installation, zypper tries to update the list of packages from online repositories, resulting in error messages and some delay if there is no internet connection. Thanks, Ali

Maybe you should write this in two bugzillas. https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Submitting_bug_reports -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 15.2 x86_64 at Telcontar)
