Hi Does anyone know where you post a bug on SDDM? The only option i've found is log it against "Other" in Bugzilla. Since the last update (see below) I can't log in via the "Others" option where you enter the user-id and password. It doesn't offer you the option to enter a password, just a User and a <Log In> button regards Ian -- opensuse:tumbleweed:20211016 Qt: 5.15.2 KDE Frameworks: 5.86.0 - KDE Plasma: 5.23.0 - kwin 5.23.0 kmail2 5.18.2 (21.08.2) - akonadiserver 5.18.2 (21.08.2) - Kernel: 5.14.11-1-default - xf86-video-nouveau: 1.0.17

I do not see anything "below" and you do not even say what distribution you are using. I just updated Tumbleweed VM with KDE and after reboot I still have the same SDDM greeter as before with user name and password fields. I do not have Leap with KDE so cannot test. Did you do any SDDM customization in the past?

My sig below has my details.

2 weeks ago i attempted to change the cursor theme via /usr/lib/sddm/sddm.conf.d/kde_settings.conf and /usr/lib/sddm/sddm.conf.d/10-theme.conf but that did not change the cursor theme at all. It worked fine for logging via "Others.." until this update tumbleweed:20211016 I have now returned the files to original data and its made no difference. thanks -- opensuse:tumbleweed:20211016 Qt: 5.15.2 KDE Frameworks: 5.86.0 - KDE Plasma: 5.23.0 - kwin 5.23.0 kmail2 5.18.2 (21.08.2) - akonadiserver 5.18.2 (21.08.2) - Kernel: 5.14.11-1-default - xf86-video-nouveau: 1.0.17

The latest tumbleweed release has corrected the problem. -- opensuse:tumbleweed:20211019 Qt: 5.15.2 KDE Frameworks: 5.87.0 - KDE Plasma: 5.23.0 - kwin 5.23.0 kmail2 5.18.2 (21.08.2) - akonadiserver 5.18.2 (21.08.2) - Kernel: 5.14.11-2-default - xf86-video-nouveau: 1.0.17
