Well that's not quite correct. 5.15.2 is available from some repositories and there's the odd repository with a couple of other versions too. See https://software.opensuse.org/package/libQt5Core5 for details. But none seem to have any version of 5.14 I'm curious why you want that particular version?

I have no idea where you got this package from, but you should ask author of this package to build it for openSUSE Leap 15.2. It may have been built for older Tumbleweed or for entirely different distribution. In both cases chances are it won't work even if you will resolve this dependency.

This is probably the best answer, trying to use a different Qt on your system from the one that the distro ships will just cause you a world of pain in other places. So I would ask whoever provides that RPM where you're supposed to get the required dependencies. 5.12 is the LTS version provided with Leap 15.2 5.15 is the next LTS version 5.14 is some intermediate version whose support expires in the middle of next month, so why exactly does whoever is supplying the RPM you want to use with such a short-dated requirement?
