zen-updater always complains about the inactive dvd-repo not showing if any new updates are available. How can I stop actualization for the dvd-repo (mount dvd & service refresh: ok)?

Try to disable this repo with rug. Disabled repos in zmd are not 'off' (like in zypper) but give a low priority. Packages from such repos will only be installed if no other repo can fulfill the dependency.

By the way is there any easy way to parse the history for zenworks as well?

Hmm, looks like a SLE11 system I'd guess (and not OpenSUSE ?!). And like a regression, as you can only specify network or local (directory) repositories. Yes, certainly; it looks very much like a regression. Perhaps I should post this issue at bugzilla; either for rug or for zen-updater.

The current ZMD backend supports only FTP, HTTP or local directories only.
