Yes, in some days depending how fast our internal processes pass QA and so on. Ciao, Marcus

Would you prefer they just pop out the RPM fast instead of stable? -Allen.

of course not... but they are usualy quicker, even with kernel fixes, and I guess that repackaging firefox is way less complex than a kernel :) anyway, I'll remove the rpm from my system, and install FF 1.0.4 by hand. I just thought that the "in some days" from Marcus would mean 1-2 days, not more than one week, that's all. regards, Olivier

Had you thought of checking ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/linux/suse/ftp.suse.com/projects/mozilla/firefox/1.0.4/ ? I see that the Firefox RPMs are there, and dated 12 May. -- Homepage http://scottj.org XFce desktop environment http://www.xfce.org Goodies for the XFce desktop http://xfce-goodies.berlios.de GPG public key ID: 811B00AB

There is an RPM available from your SuSE Mirror, e.g. http://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/projects/mozilla/firefox/1.0.4/ Of course this is not QA tested, but usually available in a very short time after a official release. There are many other RPMs like thunderbird, clamav, etc. in the projects directory as well ... I assume you're asking about FireFox 1.0.4? Mozilla 1.7.8 has also been released. I sure hope the crashing bug (or bugs) have been fixed.

Are Mozilla 1.0.4 RPMs due to be made available via YOU shortly?
