This board is driving an ASUS MK241H monitor. The board has a DVI connector on its backplate, and a VGA connector on a flying lead. It has a DVI to HDMI adapter which provides HDMI output. The HDMI output previously worked successfully using the closed-source fglrx driver under Ubuntu Karmic. With a recent upgrade to Lucid, I switched to the radeonhd driver, and have been unable to get the HDMI output working. I installed the radeonhd driver in accordance with instructions at: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RadeonHD Using the radeonhd driver and with the VGA connector in use, randr reports the following: xrandr -q Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 3840 x 1200, maximum 3840 x 1920 TV_7PIN_DIN disconnected VGA_1 connected 1920x1200+0+0 518mm x 324mm 1920x1200 59.9*+ 59.9 1600x1200 60.0 59.9 1680x1050 69.9 59.9 60.0 1400x1050 70.0 60.0 1280x1024 75.0 59.9 60.0 1440x900 60.0 59.9 1280x960 60.0 59.9 1360x768 59.8 1360x765 59.8 1152x864 75.0 75.0 74.9 70.0 60.0 1024x768 75.1 75.0 70.1 60.0 832x624 74.6 800x600 72.2 75.0 60.3 56.2 640x480 75.0 72.8 72.8 75.0 60.0 59.9 720x400 70.1 DVI-I_1/digital disconnected DVI-I_1/analog disconnected 1920x1200 (0x143) 154.0MHz h: width 1920 start 1968 end 2000 total 2080 skew 0 clock 74.0KHz v: height 1200 start 1203 end 1209 total 1235 clock 60.0Hz With the VGA connector in use, X starts as shown in the attached Xorg.0.log, and appears to function normally. With the HDMI connector in use, X starts as shown in the attached Xorg.0.log.old, but the monitor goes blank and then reports "no HDMI signal" Any suggestions on how to get the HDMI output working using the radeonhd driver? Thanks, Dan
