Dear radeonhd developers, I tried the Asus EAH4670 as a secondary video card. Unfortunately xorg can't use the card, no output on any connector. xorg-server is 1.6.1 (II) RADEONHD: version 1.2.5, built from dist of git branch master, commit cb54f48b ... The following lines were reported by Xorg: (==) RADEONHD(1): Depth 24, (--) framebuffer bpp 32 (**) RADEONHD(1): Selected ShadowFB. (II) RADEONHD(1): Unknown card detected: 0x9490:0x1043:0x0268. Is there more info I can provide? What's the thin with the Atom BIOS? Is it just to add some IDs somewhere or is that card not supported by radeonhd? It's listed under the supported chips at least. How can it be that vendors produce so different cards that it's model specific if it works or not? I've never seen such a hassle with any other vendor... Support for secondary video cards is still suboptimal, if working at
all, as the card isn't posted, and thus the BIOS is not trivially
available (among other things). This is actually a FAQ.
