ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT Works
Excellent work people! I was getting the "whiteout" effect, and I was watching for related fixes. I noticed the "Fix memory offset for R6xx." commit in the RSS feed, just tried it and it works a treat - many thanks. I was getting the "whiteout" effect,... I think you refer to the problem with a bug white screen. I got that too and I still get it. Maybe it's because I am using a 64 bit system. Do you have a 32 bit system? could you please tell me the resolution you use and maybe post
Hi! the xorg.conf? that would be nice. Björn -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: radeonhd+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: radeonhd+help@opensuse.org

This issue should've been fixed with Egberts recent work. Luc Verhaegen. SUSE/Novell X Driver Developer. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: radeonhd+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: radeonhd+help@opensuse.org

I have still this white screen with radeonhd. I use a 32 bit system for testing radeonhd because fglrx doesn't even work on 64 bit. and I really hope for radeonhd :-) so that I can switch. Hi!
This issue should've been fixed with Egberts recent work. I am sorry, but it has not been fixed for my card. How can I help? Do you need specific information about my card?
