[opensuse-proofreading] Committing to SVN (Re: Proofreading Team)

However I'm not sure what to do next to upload the changes. [...] Can you give me any pointers please?
I just added short notes to the wiki page: http://en.opensuse.org/Proofreading_Team#Working_with_the_SVN_repository Of cource, you can also use the other methods (svn+ssh, webDAV, etc.) described on the general Suse-i18n download page: http://developer.novell.com/wiki/index.php/Suse-i18n-downloads If all this fails, please send the file to a co-proofer who is familiar with SVN repositories. Are there volunteers who would submit files on account of other proofers? I will commit on behalf of others (I figured out getting past work's
proxy server, so I can do it in my lunch break...)
Of course, if you want credits in the svn log, then it's better to
commit for yourself (don't give me your password). I'm also happy to
assist others in setting up svn clients, in exchange for some
tollerance of my proof-reading... ;-)
If you send me pot files to commit, please either compress them first,
or do a diff and send me the output.
By the way, I'm using work's laptop, which is WinXP, and so that means
using the TortousSVN client and kdiff3 for windows. If it were running
openSUSE I'd probably be using KDE-SVN, rather than the command line.
You might find those easier, or at least prettier.
