Thanks for reply. I read in a mailing list that it can be editted right now (before 6th). So I asked for yours and others valuable feedback over it (so that i could improve wherever I am lagging).

If there is someone who wants to mentor this I suggest you talk to them and ask what their opinion of the proposal is and work with them to improve it.
