Just a curiosity/suggestion: is there a page with "Who to contact
to..."? Maybe in clear evidence on the wiki home page? It would
probably be useful, if kept up to date.

There is already user list with preselection to show Bureaucrats only, like: http://it.opensuse.org/index.php?title=Speciale%3AUtenti&group=bureaucrat or http://it.opensuse.org/Speciale:Statistiche that has links to list of each group.
