[opensuse-project] Alionet posts on planetsuse RSS feeds
Hi, I wanted to check if anyone else facing this problem. I am seeing a lot of posts from a certain "Alionet" author. There are multiple entries (30+) for a single post only. I am not sure if this is a bug in the planetsuse system or the RSS reader that I am using. Does anyone else face this problem ? -- Sankar P http://psankar.blogspot.com -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, email: opensuse-project+owner@opensuse.org
Yes, I have the same problem in Akregator!
Please can someone fix that??
Would be great!
Thanks...

Last time I've seen multiple posts (3 so far I recall) for the same article was when I edited my published blog. Originating server announces changes via RSS and Planet SUSE is reposting the same blog. Luckily for readers, Pascal limited my blogs to few lines, with no links etc, which doesn't make me happy as I see some large blogs with no restrictions, but that is another question for another thread. -- Regards, Rajko. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, email: opensuse-project+owner@opensuse.org

This is a restriction from your blog's RSS feed - it only contains the beginning of your articles. https://support.google.com/blogger/answer/42662?hl=en explains [1] how you can change your RSS feed to be a "full feed". After changing your blog to provide a full feed, planetsuse will most probably also contain your full articles. Regards, Christian Boltz [1] at least it was the best search result for "blogspot full feed" ;-) -- Klopapier-Programmierung: 4 weiche Wrapper-Lagen verdecken den Gestank darunter [aus http://www.fefe.de/dietlibc/kleinesoftware.pdf] -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, email: opensuse-project+owner@opensuse.org

My apology to Pascal, and thanks to you. It seems that last time I reviewed settings that was not there, and as much as memory works, it seems that limited feed happened at the same time Google updated blogger layout, which was few years ago. -- Regards, Rajko. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, email: opensuse-project+owner@opensuse.org

This is becoming worse with a lot of posts in the recent days. Can Pascal or someone with admin access to planetsuse remove this feed until the problem is fixed ? -- Sankar P http://psankar.blogspot.com -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, email: opensuse-project+owner@opensuse.org

Has anyone tried to contact the author? Also, you can submit a pull request to to changes to the Planet config: https://github.com/openSUSE/planet.opensuse.org (but removing a feed probably requires a good reason) Vincent -- Les gens heureux ne sont pas pressés. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, email: opensuse-project+owner@opensuse.org
