Sorry if I missed it, but I didn't see any thread about "snowroll", apart the poll right now.

If I understand well, this is a try to have the benefits of thumbleweed without the hassle of bi-weekly updates.

monthly updates are pretty nice, IMHO.

To speak about my use case, I used until recently to use Leap, but I have time passing quite a lot of non standard repos and this makes the 2 years update quite difficult.

So I recently went to Tumbleweed, which is a good move. However from time to time the jump gives problem (most recently the thunderbird update) and some slowing would be good...

was this discussed elsewhere? (here we are on the project list)
