okay, this works! i could (with some problems) install and start the system but: i have to boot via openfirmware and the install - file you i have to load networkdrivers via linuxrc then i can boot the installed system, kde works, but: there are color-errors sax2 can't start because it doesn't detect the grafikcard when x starting automatically at booting, sometimes (i think every time something is written to the console log) the display switches to the tty7 the @ is not via keys command+l but via alt+q reachable should i send you some logs? which? to where? can you give me help for kernel sources and tips how i can compile for booting without the o+f install ? can i do something for you? greetings from ben ps: thanx for your fast respond
