[opensuse-packaging] undefined symbol: PyUnicodeUCS2_DecodeLatin1

You could tell us what Python packages you mean and if they contain binary parts. Then, your openSUSE version and the version of python / python-base packages (best done with "zypper se -s -i python-base").
This would help to identify where you're Python interpreter and those modules are coming from.
