[opensuse-packaging] vbaexpress
Hello Mates, now the fltk and fltk-flu are working as expected. I need them for building vbaexpress (GUI for VirtualBoy Emulator). I have inside the Buildrequires: libjpeg62-devel libpng14-devel But he says: http://susepaste.org/90895788 Maybe i need an other *-devel? cu Sascha -- Sincerely Yours Sascha Manns open-slx Community & Support Agent openSUSE Membership Comitee openSUSE Marketing Team Blog: http://saigkill.wordpress.com German Community Portal: http://community.open-slx.de -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+help@opensuse.org

I don't know what's missing but why don't you build locally an then chroot into the build environment and do `flu-config --ldstaticflags` , `fltk-config --use-images --ldstaticflags` and `sdl-config --libs`? Examining the compiler flags they output should give you a clue as to which library is requested. I've found it out. The libpng12-devel AND libpng-compat-devel was needed. Now IT compiles good. Now i just have this Problem: + make DESTDIR=/usr/src/packages/BUILDROOT/vbaexpress-1.2-1.x86_64 install mkdir -p /usr/bin mkdir -p /usr/share/applications mkdir -p /usr/share/pixmaps cp vbaexpress /usr/bin cp: cannot create regular file `/usr/bin/vbaexpress': Permission denied Buildroot was set as DESTDIR? mkdir -p /usr/bin mkdir -p /usr/share/applications mkdir -p /usr/share/pixmaps cp vbaexpress /usr/bin
This shws that the Makefile doesn't honour DESTDIR.
Buildroot was set as DESTDIR? Maybe it doesn't respect this?
As the above commands show it doesn't, so you'll have to add it. Philipp -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+help@opensuse.org

As the above commands show it doesn't, so you'll have to add it. OK. The Makefile says:
ifeq ($(PREFIX),) PREFIX = /usr endif What i must add for running? Maybe export PREFIX=%{_prefix}? -- Sincerely Yours Sascha Manns open-slx Community & Support Agent openSUSE Membership Comitee openSUSE Marketing Team Blog: http://saigkill.wordpress.com German Community Portal: http://community.open-slx.de -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+help@opensuse.org

More something like export PREFIX=%{_destdir}%{_prefix} or export PREFIX=$DESTDIR%{_prefix} I think, but I could be wrong. with regards, Yamaban out. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+help@opensuse.org

Not quite :) I see you've come up with your own solution but I did a SR for the Makefile I came up with. HTH Philipp -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+help@opensuse.org
