[opensuse-packaging] d:l:php/php5 patch always declined because of "bad link"
Hi, I twice added a patch to the d:l:php/php5 package which adds a default config, preventing a lot of warning clutter in recent php5 installs. Both times, after the normal delay, the sr'ed patch was declined once by coolo and once by elvigia because of "bad link". Can you tell me how I can make it last longer (read: until accepted) or patch it in yourself? -- Ralf Lang Linux Consultant / Developer Tel.: +49-170-6381563 Mail: lang@b1-systems.de B1 Systems GmbH Osterfeldstraße 7 / 85088 Vohburg / http://www.b1-systems.de GF: Ralph Dehner / Unternehmenssitz: Vohburg / AG: Ingolstadt,HRB 3537 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+help@opensuse.org

For instance don't delete your branch until the SR is accepted. Otherwise I'd have to see the exact message to say more. Philipp -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+help@opensuse.org

The problem is not so hard to understand: Ralf submits a php fix, maintainer ignores it for days and weeks and accepts his own SRs first - breaking the branch of Ralf and then declines Ralf's SR as "bad link".

OK, in that case it's Christian to blame. Philipp -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+help@opensuse.org

It's not about blaming anybody... I'm re-applying this once again but I'd really like to get it off my plate and into the package - or get into an argument why not. -- Ralf Lang Linux Consultant / Developer B1 Systems GmbH Osterfeldstraße 7 / 85088 Vohburg / http://www.b1-systems.de GF: Ralph Dehner / Unternehmenssitz: Vohburg / AG: Ingolstadt,HRB 3537 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+help@opensuse.org
