Just a quick email for those of you who don't follow planet, or lizard.o.o I just published an article about our ( tigerfoot & Morgane Marquis ) secret & fun project maturing from Christmas. We work hard, and more has to come, to make it a success, and make some noise around openSUSE. http://lizards.opensuse.org/?p=6561 I'll be at Fosdem, and have prepare a flyer that I want to distribute to lot's of people I will be able to show it also in real sense what, where. I'll will do that too in Scale :-) We are searching help to spread the word, and create junction point between us (opensuse) and them (secondlife resident) So I use our so nice connect.o.o tool, to start a public pool (no elections you're warn) sorry to not use more of your time, :-) but I really need some hours of sleep before going to Brussels. If someone want to have a look at the tri-folio flyer pdf it's here http://dl.dropbox.com/u/13333867/openSUSE/join-us-for-the-first-virtual-laun... I assume it's this high res for printing purposes... I can't edit it, can someone make a low res version for general viewing? (25 MEG ..!) I'm totally loving this idea and would love to help promote it. I'm going to shoot a quick note off to Linux Format *just in case* it can make it into their March issue (not optimistic, the deadline would have been early january, but maybe they have a 'stop press') and I'll write a longer piece for Linux.com Could you make the sources for this flyer available please? Some SL screenshots in particular. If one of the organizers would like to email me off list, we can chat about some of the techy stuff and maybe come up with some ideas to catch the interest of Linux.com readers. - fun stuff that techy people can do in Second life, communities, open source relevance etc - anything that will help to round out the article. cheers Helen -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+help@opensuse.org
