[opensuse-marketing] Heads up! CFP for openSUSE Conference coming soon!
Just a quick heads-up to all of you that the Conference planning team is finalizing the draft for the Call for Papers (CFP) for our openSUSE Conference in October. The plan is to finish the draft by next week and hopefully have it ready for distribution by the end of this month (if not earlier.) It will be our job to assist in spreading the word about CFP and reminding the world periodically between now and end of CFP period. So, keep this in mind and we'll talk about it at the next regularly scheduled Marketing Team meeting next week. Your feedback is of course appreciated, as well as your marketing rockets as soon as we all agree that we are ready for announcing it :-) thanks, Klaas

We were agreeing in the IRC meeting last week that we want to announce the CfP this week. Has somebody here worked on some idea how to announce it? thanks,
Klaas

Has somebody here worked on some idea how to announce it? What about: - email on -announce and -project - post on news.opensuse.org - feed the openSUSE twitter, identi.ca, facebook accounts (feeded automatically through news.opensuse.org) - and we need to set up a proper openSUSE conference page in the wiki Just my 2c M > > thanks, > > Klaas > -- Michael Löffler, Product Management SUSE LINUX Products GmbH - Nürnberg - AG Nürnberg - HRB 16746 - GF: Markus Rex -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+help@opensuse.org

So many questions... Have fun, Klaas -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-marketing+help@opensuse.org
