We will be covering travel / lodging for a few community contributors once we figure out how much budget we have left over. However, we can't cover everybody, obviously - if you're thinking about attending and can afford to, I'd start booking travel now.

The facility has a fair number of rooms that we're going to reserve for attendees, so lodging will be covered for more attendees than travel. (Which is more expensive, obviously.)

Hi Zonker, Great news there. I wish to apply, but since I don't have worked on a proper presentation yet, I decided not to apply until it's pretty much done. If my presentation does not get approved, I'd like to help too. I was thinking about money support, and have you guys thought about the chance of covering half air tickets, in case you cannot cover the whole trip? In my case, that would be really helpful anyway, and how about you Decks? heh. I will fill in the form before friday.
