hanterm: updated to 2.0.4-172 for SuSE Linux 8.0 and 8.1
hanterm-xf is a modified version of the xterm from XFree86.
hanterm-xf uses its own native input system and does not require
an X input method server.
Although this version of hanterm is based on xterm-172 (which supports
UTF-8), it looks like hanterm-xf doesn't support UTF-8.
I.e. hanterm-xf is probably only interesting to you if you use the
ko_KR.eucKR locale exclusively and find the built in input method
useful.

The latex-ucs package contains support for using UTF-8 as input encoding in
LaTeX documents.
Used together with CJK-LaTeX it is possible to input not only
CJK-Characters but also European non-ASCII characters directly into
the .tex file.
