[opensuse-kernel] Misconfiguration in 12.1 MS3 kernel for RT2800 wireless devices
In the 3.0 kernel in openSUSE 12.1 MS3, the rt2800 devices are misconfigured. In previous versions, there was a conflict between rt2800pci and rt2860sta, thus rt2800pci was not selected. With 3.0, the rt2860sta code was removed from the kernel, thus rt2800pci needs to be added back into the configuration; however, that change was missed. larry@linux-7kpw:~> zcat /proc/config.gz | grep 2800 # CONFIG_RT2800PCI is not set CONFIG_RT2800USB=m CONFIG_RT2800USB_RT33XX=y # CONFIG_RT2800USB_RT35XX is not set CONFIG_RT2800USB_RT53XX=y # CONFIG_RT2800USB_UNKNOWN is not set CONFIG_RT2800_LIB=m larry@linux-7kpw:~> Thanks, Larry -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kernel+help@opensuse.org
