Hello Group, I need to build a couple desktop machines for SuSE 8.X. What kind of AGP video card detects on setup and works well? The ATI Radeon series has done well. The 8500 had gamma problems in Home Theater with early firmware, but that's fixed now. - -- "I'd love to go out with you, but I have to floss my cat." -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iEYEARECAAYFAj2+y14ACgkQnQ18+PFcZJsdvgCfTpIiHBu8M/j494sqjK+xvGnF KkQAnizUxYpfMbQpm7oP2wfZLDRp9z0T =NeTK -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
Carl, please stop answering off topic posts; I'm getting really tired of telling you this and the other subscribers don't want to see it. You may want to re-read the list charter (items 1 and 2) which you can get by emailing suse-kde-info@suse.com -- -ckm
Dear Richard, My experiance with 8.1 install on a SMP P-III PC with a generic (AOPEN Brand) NVIDIA G-Force 2 MX400 card was "Flawless". I recommend it. PeterB On Tuesday 29 October 2002 11:51 am, Richard StClair wrote:
