Hello I noticed that on some programs I run do not have all the "Look and Feel" settings applied. Eg. Some programs will not have it Keramik look as all other (default setting) but would use Qt look. Window titlebar is shown in Suse look as it should on all windows, though. I have not been chainging any sttings for that matter... So I tried to re-apply default setting, but no luck. regards, himba -- This €-mail was Kmailed.

Are these windows as root or user? There are different settings for each and I prefer them that way to help me distinguish when I have a root application running versus a user app. Patrick -- --- KMail v1.5.2 --- SuSE Linux Pro v8.2 --- Registered Linux User #225206 On any other day, that might seem strange...
hi no, they are run by user - me. This change came after I left computer turned on during weekend (not that didn't do that before), nobody interacted with computer during that time, and so I can't figure out what caused the change...wierd. KDE apps look fine (kmail, konqui, knode, konsole...), vmware I hava been testing used to be fine too, now it has Qt "look". regards, himba Dne ponedeljek 9. junija 2003 15:53 je BandiPat napisal(a):

Have you recently updated any KDE or QT3 files from the SuSE ftp sites? Go into your Control Center to check Apperance items and the Styles. I know in the past there have been bugs in the kdelibs3 & qt3 suse rpms that disabled many of the styles that are usually there. This of course gives you only minimal styles to use. If these are ok, you should have several, then I am not sure where your "bug" has come into the system.
