Hello, I thought that this wiki page http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:KDE_improvements#General_Improvements was official and that everyone agreed on this change. If this wiki page is valid then we have to put it on a more central place and if its not then we have to modify it. Back on the topic the combined usage of apper and yast creates fragmentation. Which is not good for the users.
