[opensuse-kde] python-sip 4.11
Wanting to take the kde 4.5.1 plunge, several packages (plasmoids from extra factory), are saying it can't find python-sip 4.11 I have found python-sip 4.11 in several kde:qt repos, is there one in particular I should use or does not matter ? i chose the option not to install that version of python-sip, which didn't do me any harm. system keeps the older one, i assume. -- phani. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org

Last checkin to KDE:Distro:Factory / kdebindings4 broke python-kde4.
From a user point of view so far I have not had any problems by choosing to simply not upgrade python-kde4.

It seems that not only KDE4 packages but also some KDE3 packages now brocken because of Python. Python-sip not does not build not only for Factory but also for 11.3... -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-kde+help@opensuse.org
