[opensuse-kde] Can some one download the qtcurve-qt master and see if the window decoration is fixed for Plasma 5
Hi all, Lately, I've been sending emails to the maintainer of the qtcurve-qt git repository but he has not been responding to them. Apparently there is another person submitting patches and maintaining it. I'm going to download it and see if it works and I would encourage others to build it and install it to see if it is ready. https://quickgit.kde.org/?p=qtcurve.git Download the master snapshot. Sorry to disappoint you, but those patches by René J.V. Bertin were only about the widget style, and some them just fixes for MacOS X. I don't see any commits about the window decoration there... Agreed. However, the maintainer is pleading for help. He is having problems transitioning this package with the new API. This is why I posted this request for help fo Yichao Yu. Obligatory question, why isn't the *maintainer* writing to the Plasma developers? After emailing him I'm pretty sure that he is in contact with them. Every distro is waiting for qtcurve-qt5. We haven't had a new official release in _two_years_.

I haven't seen anything on plasma-devel, only requests from other people regarding QtCurve.
I sent an email to the other person that is submitting patches. Maybe we need to make a fork for qtcurve-qt5? I would love to work on it except I'm not a programmer. I can help with testing.
