[opensuse-kde] window in rolls up when I move cursor..

You've got the window set to 'Shade' - check the right click menu of the window's title bar. The 'titlebar double click shades window' setting is enabled in KControl->Desktop->Window behaviour->Titlebar Actions. IMO Maximise is a better action here.
