[opensuse-kde] which other app defines ctrl-shift-n ?
Hi, In kmail, ctrl-shift-n is "New mail to list". In my installation, all I get is "The hotkey is not unambiguous" (in german, the taste ist mehrfach belegt)... so which other app tries to catch it? bye, MH -- gpg key fingerprint: 5F64 4C92 9B77 DE37 D184 C5F9 B013 44E7 27BD 763C () ascii ribbon campaign against HTML e-mail /\ www.asciiribbon.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org

Yes, it opens a new Konsole windows. I reassigned shortcut Crl+Shift+Y and it made the trick for me. New Konsole window should not be a global shortcut, so there should not be a global shortcut conflict between this and the kmail new mail to list shortcut. Do both shortcuts show up in the global shortcuts dialog for you? And is this 4.9 or 12.2's 4.8.4? Verified on Shortcuts and Gestures and I could not find Ctrl+Shift+N actived disregards the options showed. Verified on KMail ( Configure Shortcuts ) and those key were already configured. If I do use it shows ambiguos key shortcut message. That's because a customize it to Ctrl+Shift+Y ( It works fine ) In my particular case I am using KR49 ( 4.9.00 "release 558" ) on openSUSE 12.1| x86_64 Regards, -- Ricardo Chung | Panama Linux and FOSS Projects Ambassador openSUSE Project -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-kde+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-kde+owner@opensuse.org
