Hi list members! Does anyone know how to create folders in an imap account using kmail 1.5.2? This should be no major feature, isn't it? So I surely missed something... Thanks for help, Daniel

click the folder you want to create a sub-folder in, with the right mouse button in kmails folder list... bye MH -- Die unaufgeforderte Zusendung einer Werbemail an Privatleute verstößt gegen §1 UWG und 823 I BGB (Beschluß des LG Berlin vom 2.8.1998 Az: 16 O 201/98). Sorry, i tried the normal way, of course. This way I have the folder in the local folders tree. Not on the imap server. If I use the drop-down where to create the folder, there is only the local folder tree, the imap tree is not there. Daniel

Daniel A known "feature" in the version of kmail installed with SuSE 8.2. From what I understand, if you install KDE 3.1.2, that problem goes away. I tried to do the upgrade and ended up with an unstable system, so dropped back to KDE 3.1.1.
I use Mozilla or Pine to create new folders and then use them fine with KMail. -- Kelly L. Fulks Home Account near Huntsville, AL

Kmail 1.5.2 is from kde 3.1.2 which I have installed many weeks ago without problems on my SuSE 7.3.
